(Baltimore) Master bedroom/attached bathroom * Quite Neighborhood

I own a house in a quiet neighborhood in awesome space.
One of my roommates moved in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking to fill the room again.
My other roommate is a mid 30s female and is a nurse at Hopkins.
She has the 3rd floor bedroom and we share the 3rd floor bathroom.
The room available is the master room, it is a very large room, has its own bath, and on the 2nd floor.
Rent is $450 a month plus shared utilities.
We are conscious of the air/heat and try to cut back when possible.
I do require a one year lease and a security deposit of $500.
The house is about 3-4 blocks south of The Johns Hopkins Hospital,
so it is perfect for another nurse or doctor/med student.
I am in absolutely no rush to fill the room and can wait for the right person.
