Hello, there the bedroom and bathroom for rent are in the basement (everyone else is upstairs).
We currently have a room for rent in our 4 bed 2 bath split level house.
There are 3 guys (29, 28, and 22) currently living there.
We are all professional males that work every day and like to have a good time on the weekends.
We have a game room in our basement to include a pool table, dart board, fireplace, and additional TV.
We also have a large back yard with a deck, grills, and fire pit that we use all of the time (weather permitting).
Two of the guys are prior Marine Corps, and the other is in school at night and works during the day.
We are a chill group just looking for another cool roommate.
