(Chicago) Looking for sweet roommate * Available to rent w/a private bath

I'm looking for a mellow roommate to share my house with.
I currently have an upstairs bedroom that's available to rent with a private bathroom.
You would be welcome to use all of the common areas.
I'm in need of a straight, mellow, stable, considerate, employed,
Preferably female roommate with some sense of honorability, and a fairly normal schedule.
I'm up at 5am to get to work by 7am, love my rock and roll and won't apologize for it,
Football, taking care of my yard, the occasional beer(s) and the random single malt scotch, and I'm 420 friendly if need be.
Having a roommate would be good; living with a friend I can trust...would be great.
No addicts, no smokers, no sex offenders. Other than that, I'm flexible to an extent.
