(Denver) Looking for female professional roommate * Available March

We are three females looking to fill one bedroom in a four bedroom apartment starting March 1 through August 31.
Sub letter would have the option to sign a year-long lease starting September 1.
The apartment fills the top two floors of a two-family unit.
Two bathrooms, free laundry in unit, gas stove/heat, and street parking available.
Rent is $425 for the room, which is on the top floor and is the quietest room in the house.
We are very independent/busy young professional's roommate.
One working in the hospitality industry, one at a PT clinic, and one in elementary education.
One of our roommates is moving to Denver, so we are hoping to find someone (preferably female) to fill her place.
