Im a professional guy in a lovely Victorian terraced house in Stony Stratford (which is probably the nicest place in Milton Keynes to live with its own old High Street, shops, cafes. restaurants and pubs.) Its in really good clean order with lovely big rooms, fireplaces, great neutral decor, lovely garden, big kitchen, nice modern bathroom, and a big living room. It is on a quiet, small street with parking. theres a shed in the back garden if you have a bike. I am looking for someone whod be interested in staying in the week as opposed to the weekend. so you may be working in MK or have a base elsewhere etc. The rent is £350 per month. This is for the weekdays only situation. It includes ALL bills and amenities and there is NO deposit required at all. The room itself is big, bright, nicely painted, old fireplace etc, and plenty big enough for a double bed (not included).
