We are looking for a roommate in the Grant Park area. The room has it's own private bath and two closets. We can provide it with some furnishings or we can leave it unfurnished depending on what you are looking for. We are an established gay couple and have been together over 10 years. One works from home and the other works Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We do have a small dog a cockapoo who does not shed and is low maintenance and are not looking for renters with pets. The home is non-smoking and prefer a non-smoking roommate we are 420 friendly. Rent is all inclusive at $650 which includes power, water, trash, gas, high speed internet & cable.
