I have one 17'x10' (with a walk-in closet) bedroom and a shared bathroom available to move in April 1st. The town home is a spacious 1705 sq ft. located in a gated community with a pool and guest parking. There is also ample street parking close by. It is about a 3-minute drive to CSUEB and 5 minutes to the 880/92 freeway junctions. I am looking for responsible students, professionals, and possibly couples who would like to share the town home living space with me and another male roommate.
