I'm 31, male, looking for someone neat, respectful and responsible around 25-35 to move into my quiet, safe third floor apartment in West Roxbury. Rent is $650 per month not including utilities. Utilities average about $120 per month (Gas, electric and cable/internet). Your spacious room comes with a closet and an attached porch for storage. There is free off street parking, and a second larger porch off the kitchen with a nice view. Kitchen has a gas stove, plenty of cabinets, a small pantry, microwave but unfortunately no diswasher. But there is plenty of counter space to dry dishes. My building is pretty quiet with mostly older couples living here. There is a Dunkin Donuts, an Italian restaurant and bakery all right across the street (added bonus). MBTA bus route stops right outside the building as well. Looking to have someone in here April 1st, possibly a few weeks sooner. First and security deposit required ($1300).
