looking for a roommate to rent 2nd bedroom. the room is large with a large closet and bathroom. the apt has a dishwasher, washer and dryer and balcony. $525 a month. that includes everything. rent, electric, water, and high speed internet. the apt complex is small, and we have a pool, and weight room. looking for someone clean who will pay the rent on time each month. this is a very nice apt. the only thing we don't have is cable, but the room is cable ready, should you want it. would like for someone to move in on the first. please with any questions.
