My Fiancée and I need a roommate quick because my current one is going to move out in two weeks. Yikes! So hopefully I can find someone to fill the room quickly. He got a job and needs to leave right away. We both love theme parks and are often out enjoying them. You don’t have to like them but it would be nice to have a park buddy. We do have one cat. He is a big kitten basically. I’m a student at Full Sail in the EBBS program getting ready to graduate in May so I can help with anything Full Sail if you are a student there. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment in Sun Key Apartments. A B2 floorpan. There is all kinds of parking spaces and we have fast internet through Summit Broadband. Trust me, when you are trying to submit homework right before it’s due…it comes in handy. Rent includes water, sewage, and trash. The campus is literally less than a mile down the road. Your half of the bills would be as follows, ~Rent $562.50 ~Cable/Internet $69.29 (40 Mbps average, HBO) ~Electric $30-$90 depending on usage.
