Below are details: About us: - two professional females ages 27 and 29 - one is a kindergarten teacher and one works in a salon - non smokers - we are looking for someone who wouldn't mind grabbing a drink once and a while or cooking dinner together from time to time - we are not neat freaks but not slobs either About the apartment: - Room is on the larger side and has a beautiful bay window - 3 bedrooms - one bathroom (it works out though) - large kitchen and living room - Amazing landlords: they are a young couple who live in the next unit - three blocks from Italian Market - 15 minute walk to old city and center city - close to south street - utilities (cable/internet, gas, electric are split three ways) - Washer and dryer in unit - pictures to come in a few days - we do not have a cat, but it is okay if you do. - best times to come see the apartment are weekday evenings .
