We are a couple of 9 years looking for a responsible, respectful and clean roommate. Must have a full time, steady job, who is happy with their career. (Our current roommate is moving out due to financial reasons.) We are both professionals, he in the film industry, she at an accounting firm. We like to come home to relax after a long days work. To us, the house is more of a place to rest/relax from the day. We have friends over occasionally, but enjoy socializing more outside of the house. On the weekends we enjoy going out just as much as we do staying in. 3 bedroom. two bath house. The house comes fully furnished except for your room and bathroom. We have an extra queen size bed and night stand if interested (featured in photos). Willing to work with wall decor and other furnishings you may have. We are both in our late twenties and looking for someone of similar age. We enjoy drinking casually, 420 friendly occasionally, (no cigarette smokers). Must be VERY clean/clean up after yourself in the kitchen. Large backyard.
