Roommates (3) are friendly and easy to get along with, but mostly keep to themselves--you must be willing to meet them before your move in date. House (except your room) is currently furnished and kitchen comes with basic appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave). House is located right by Boone Pickens stadium, you will have a parking space available to you by a free parking pass. All bills are included in your monthly payment! (Note: Bedroom has two sides to the closet, only one side if photographed) BONUS: $40 for giving up your parking space on game days!
