Looking for professional roommates male or female who are clean, responsible and sociable. We work at 7am so typically we'll get up early and save partying for weekends, but we do like to grab occasional dinner and some beers at one of the local spots with friends to socialize. This house is a three story newly remodeled brick Victorian home with two master bedrooms (large room with private bathroom). Also, the whole first floor is a great room that makes up the living, dining room, and kitchen. The second floor has two master bedrooms and front load laundry closet. The third floor has a suite with roof top view of the Arch and downtown city lights but is currently rented out till Sept 15. The basement is a huge full 8' height basement for storage. The back yard is fenced in with a deck. The location is in Benton Park which is walking distance to Soulard. Also, the internet is 85Mbs down with wireless and we have HD cable. Lastly, it has super easy access to I-55, Anheuser Busch brewery, Downtown, Tower grove, and the Busch stadium. A little about us, real laid back and sociable. We've lived with roommates both male and female for several years mostly because we enjoy socializing and having people to hang out with. Usually we'll host BBQs or social events for Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, St. Pats, Halloween, NYE and Wine nights occasionally for friends. Also we like to cook and usually cook dinner 1-2 times a week for everyone at the house.
