My roommate is moving out the first week of March and I need someone to fill in until end of August of this year. You will have your own bedroom along with a queen mattress and a dresser. $875 (that is for first month and security deposit, altogether) required at time of move-in. $437.50 every month thereafter. I have a dog, he's a Lab and German Shepherd mix. He's so loving and affectionate. Pets are allowed with a $100 nonrefundable deposit. This is a smoke-free residence.
