Stann is the landlord and will not be living there. He does have a photo studio on the first floor. To see the apartment call and ask for Stann or Amber. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. If you move in after the first of the month or if you move out before the end of a month, your rent will be pro-rated per day that you actually use. A security deposit of one month's rent is payable in advance then refunded when you leave as long as you have not caused any serious damage beyond normal use. A deposit of $25 is required for a background check. If you have never been evicted then you will get the $25 back approximately two - three weeks later.
