Myself and 3 of my other friends have lived in this house for a year now. We are renting the house. 2 of the roommates have left. We are now looking for someone to move in. The room that is available is 10.5 x 13.5. You will share a bathroom with another person. The rent is 445 a month. Utilities and ADT (alarm system) are mostly around $100 a month /per person. If you want access to the internet, you can split that with us also. WE DO HAVE 2 DOGS. They are Bella and Leonard. They are very sweet and have never been aggressive with anyone in the house. We play music and like to hang out at the house. You are welcome to come check the house out. I will have to have an answer by Jan 30. After that we will just move from this house. You will be able to move in on Febuary 28 as that is when the other roommate moves out and the current lease up.
