Hello! We're looking for someone to join us in our fantastic space! We're conveniently located just blocks from The Avenue on 36th Street. Who we are: two responsible people in their early 30's. My passion consists of art, music, and soccer. She's into antiques, dogs, and coffee. Who we are looking for: Someone in a similar age range who is past the party lifestyle. An ideal candidate is an animal lover with a kind heart. We have two fantastic dogs. Unfortunately we are unable to have anymore dogs in the house so if you love being around dogs but don't want the hassle of the daily walks/poop pick up, then this is a perfect situation for you! Let me know if you have any questions and please respond with a little bit about yourself. This is a year long lease. The room is available ASAP or April 1st, which ever comes sooner. The $600 does not include utilities. It really is an amazing deal. We love it here and we hope to add the right person into the mix.
