Not sure how big the room is but you could fit a full bed, desk, dresser and still have room left over. Utilities - about $100 a month The location is perfect for those working in the city or Virginia. - 15 minute walk to Clarendon which has Trader Joes, Whole Foods and tons of bars and restaurants. - 5 minute walk to the metro - Two metro stops from DC - Safeway is a 15 minute walk. - Georgetown takes less than 30 minutes to walk to using the key bridge - Golds Gym is a 2 minute walk Amazing things that come with the apartment - Fabulous courtyard with access to grills and mini golf. - A pool - 24-7 Gym with elliptical's, treadmills, free weights, weight machines and floor work - Free coffee in the morning- and sometimes breakfast: occurs once every two months. - You can take, spinning, yoga and other classes in the building. You do have to pay for the class though. - Main office in the building - Garage if you want to park your car. Must pay a monthly fee for it though ($100 a month) - Convenience store in the building - Dry Cleaning service in the building - Basketball and racket ball court - Rooftop is located in the next building, which you have access to. - Built in washer and dryer - Dishwasher Other great things - It's a month to month lease so we would like someone to commit for almost the whole year. - I would say we are pretty nice and chill gals who like to have a good time. - Uber drivers come by the apartment all the time so it's easy to request one within 1 minute. What we are looking for - A nice and sociable girl/guy who is clean, is between the ages of 21-26. - Doesn't mind when friends stay over on the weekends - Cleans after herself - Someone who can communicate
