I am a retired lady offering a furnished or unfurnished room for rent to a single mature lady. My home is quiet and drama free, drug free, smoke free, and mostly alcohol free. I pride myself in high moral values of integrity and honesty and hope that the people in my life do the same. Most of my time is spent on the computer or pampering my two indoor cats in the winter or gardening in the spring/summer. I am quiet and very laid back and am looking for someone similar. I am not a clean freak, but do want my home generally neat and clean. I must admit that I manage to clutter things, but neaten up pretty quickly. My roommate would be expected to keep their own area clean and share in keeping the common areas respectable. I live in a quiet neighborhood and am lucky enough to have great neighbors. Sharing food is negotiable. Monthly rent is $500 in addition to a returnable security fee of $250. You will have your own bathroom 99% of the time. Washer & dryer are available, full kitchen privileges offered. Utilities are included unless they drastically increase. My most recent roommate is moving out March 5th and she is happy to speak with my potential roommate as a reference, please ask.
