The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a porch, and big back yard. It was newly reonovated and very clean with easy access to I-95,I-93 The montly rent is 750$ and we share all utilities (free parking in driveway and/or on the street... ). It is 5 minutes walking distance from Wollaston T-station. We also have a little french bulldog.His name is Richie and he is the sweetest dog ever. Conveniently located few miles away from Wollaston Beach and Marina Bay. It is close to Quincy College, Planet Fitness, Stop and Shop and many more Tomas Crane Library, laundromat and many international stores and shops. Please be clean, drugs free and responsible. We pay rent on time so please be able to do the same! First and last to move in. All aplicants will be required to fill out an application with the landlord.
