One room available for sublet in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex! Apartment includes a private basement with free laundry and plenty of storage space! First floor has a living room, well equipped kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom (that would be considered yours). Second floor has three bedrooms and second full bath. Room is slightly small than the pictures, but is the same style. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, and desk with chair. We keep our apartment very clean and it's in great condition! The sublet would be from June 1 - August 20. Rent is $475/month. To be fair, rent for August will only be $315 since it is only 2/3 of the month. Security system and water included. Internet/cable costs $41 a month. Gas and electric are fairly inexpensive in the summer. We have central A/C if you choose to use it. Any gender is okay. No pets. No smoking inside. I understand that ending in the middle of the month is a bit awkward and I am willing to be flexible with the dates. Note: This is to sublet my room! I will not be living there during the summer months. ***ALSO*** There is another room available for a June 1-June 1 lease! Rent is still $475/month.
