Hello! I am looking for a renter for a furnished room and shared bath in our 1,550 sqft end unit townhouse (3 br 2.5 bath total) in the Steele Creek area. The room will be available at the beginning of April. The townhouse is just 5 years old now, so it is modern and clean. We are very close to Rivergate Shopping Center, a few miles from the new outlets at 485, 15 minutes from airport, and 20 to uptown. You don't have to go far for anything you need! My fiance and I are 30 & 31 years old. We have 2 small yorkies (fenced in yard with patio, grill, hammock, garden - backs up to the woods). We are both hard working young professionals. We are pretty laid back & quiet, but active. A 23 year old female also lives in the house now who you would share the hall bathroom with. We are looking for a female renter (21-35) - professional, clean, no pets, no smoking cigarettes. Rent on time is a must. The room is furnished with a new queen sized bed and night stand at $500/month. Everything is included! We do have wi-fi & satellite hook up in the room for rent. Our community is small and safe!
