One bedroom is available in a 3BR, 2.5 bath house in Pittsburgh's South Side! The Roommates: Two fun, professional, female roommates in their late 20s/early 30s. There is also one furry male roommate (he's a Yorkshire terrier, he's 3.5lbs, and he's the cutest/snuggliest creature you could imagine!). One of the roomies works in sales--sometimes working from home, often traveling. The other roomie works in the entertainment field--which can sometimes lead to erratic hours. Among our mutual likes: sports, reality TV, wine, pumpkin spice anything. You: mid-late 20s or early 30s professional, preferably a lady. Loving dogs is a must, as the yorkie will want to snuggle with you once he's comfortable with you (don't worry, he's non-shedding and hypoallergenic). The House: This house is AWESOME! You'll enjoy a huge kitchen with plenty of storage, an island, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances--including a wine fridge! There is a sizeable patio with plenty of room for entertaining. . .and if you get a little creative enough room for cornhole. The living room is large, fully-furnished and very classy. Central Air! The Room: On the third floor of the house and very spacious. Cool, vaulted ceilings give the space plenty of character, but headroom isn't an issue. You'll have a large closet in the room and a cute little nook with a window--it's a perfect reading space. You'll share a bathroom with one roommate. The Location: The house is located in the South Side Flats at the cross of 21st and Jane. Close enough to East Carson where you can enjoy the best of South Side, but far enough where the noise doesn't carry. Parking is on street, but rarely an issue as only one side of the block is residential and middle of the street parking is also available.
