The bedroom will be available at the end of May. The house is a three-story house in Mt Airy (near Germantown, Manayunk) with on-street parking. 5BR (2 are taken as offices), 3BA, dishwasher, washer/dryer in the basement, hardwood floors throughout. The open room will be available end of May, is a furnished 3rd floor bedroom which has its own bathroom. The bathroom has a claw tub in it but no shower, so you'll likely be showering in the shared (with two other roomies) bathroom in the hall. Your share would be $400/mo, which includes utilities (gas, water, electric, cable/Internet). We're a 5 minute walk to Upsal train station and a 20 min ride on the R8 to Center City; not a bad ride I do it everyday. There will be 4 of us including you. We're 2 males and a female (two gay and one straight, respectively). We have 2 cats and 3 ferrets (who stay in my room). We're looking for an 18-30something easy going male non-(indoor, cigarette)smoking roommate. Someone who will keep common areas clean, specifically the kitchen.
