We are right on the NC/SC border, off Steele Creek Rd, in the Falcon Ridge Neighborhood. We have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home, we had it built about two years ago. All three of us are sober, so we are looking for someone who is OK with no alcohol or drugs in the house, and we are looking for a non-smoker as well. Rent is $500 a month with a $500 damage deposit. We are ok with a month to month lease, with a 30 day notice All utilities are included, cable internet, security, electricity etc...
