Temporarily Share my Lakeside 1bd

I am considering sharing my 1 bedroom condo. Basically, what I have done in the past is I get the bedroom and set it up to where I have a sitting area and I spend all my time at home in the bedroom with my computer in there and couch/living room type area and my roomie can have the living area which is quite large. We obviously share the kitchen and bathroom. I am very easy to live with. I prefer someone who does NOT spend all their time at home. Someone who travels a lot or maybe spends a lot of time at their boyfriend/girlfriends house and only needs a place to call home so that they can enjoy the freedom of living on their own without the entire expense of living alone. I am a 39 year old female. I am separated and filing for divorce. My ex and I have absolutely no problems or drama at all. I have 4 kids. 22 yo son (lives in Midland) - 20 yo daughter - lives in Rockwall and just gave birth to my 3rd grandchild - 18 yo boy that lives in Rockwall and a 16 year old boy that is in a bit of trouble and wont be living here. The condo is on the 3rd floor - so if you cannot make the stairs everyday
