I've been living in this 3 BR townhouse for roughly 2 months. I use 2 of the bedrooms (1 for music and the other to sleep). I also have a Great Pyrenees puppy that doesn't howl and is potty-trained. The Townhouse is really spacious despite it being in an apartment complex. The guest bedroom is the one with the cot and the blowup mattress (both can be removed). I just left Active Duty Army and have since become a neat freak, which explains my reluctance to search for a roommate. The apartment has a living room, dining room, and kitchen that were all furnished by myself. I play a lot of music and the music room is next to the vacant bedroom, but no worries, it's not anything too crazy. No metal or dubstep will be coming from my speakers and I'll be considerate with keeping the volume low. I've got DirectTV with DVR and WiFi. Also I'm right off i40 on exit 221B and the morning traffic is never terrible unless you're heading down i24 west from here. The lease is up in August and I've been 1100 a month. I may extend my lease if I can't find a better place by then. I set the roommate rent so low because you'll only be taking up 1/3 of the rooms.
