Current residents are both male, 27, easy going. Rent is 800 a month plus utilities. The available bedroom has hardwood flooring, a decent sized closet, is located right next to the bathroom (shared with one other roommate), and is unfurnished. Great neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Diversey Brown Line stop/Divvy stand, 10 minute walk to nearest grocery store.
