Looking for a roommate starting June 5 in Midtown Atlanta. I am more looking to share the apartment as opposed to just rent out a room. The apartment complex is called Prato at Midtown and features two pools, a gym, a tennis court, a dog park, outdoor grills, and rentable garden plots. It is also gated in. I am looking for someone to take the master bed/bath. The apartment is 2 bed 2 bath, has a living room, kitchen, balcony, and laundry room, although I do not own laundry machines. There is a laundry room in the building across the hall from my unit that charges a small fee to wash and dries for free. Utilities vary monthly but are usually from $200 (including electricity, water, pest control, and internet) during the hottest month to about $170 during less hot months.
