Hey there! My name is Taylor and I'm 23 (female). I'm going to be moving soon, and my roommate needs someone to take my bedroom! We are both students at Butler. The only reason I need to move is because I'm relocating to North Carolina. My roommate (also female), is really quiet, kind, and super easy to live with. I included some photos of the apartment (sorry for the mess...I took them when we were still getting moved back in from winter break). Rent is $525/month plus utilities (I rarely pay over $600/month total with utilities). I have already paid for January, so you wouldn't owe anything until February. It's an absolutely amazing place. Your room would be the master bedroom...it has a walk in closet and private bathroom. The apartment will be fully furnished other than your room (the one I posted pictures of). I will be taking my bedroom/bathroom stuff with me. Washer and drier, fridge, microwave, oven and stove, tv, couch, kitchen table and chairs, all the kitchen supplies you could need will be there for you until May (possibly longer if you need them). I'm looking for someone to take my place as soon as possible. The lease goes through the end of may, but you will have the option of renewing the lease if you're interested. In order for you to take the room, you will have to be cleared by the apartment complex and sign your name to the lease (per apartment complex requirements).
