Utilities are included. You have a $45 cap for utilities, but once you go over that cap you have to pay the difference. The rent per month is $785, but the move in fee includes a $200 deposit as well as a $160 application fee, as well as the rent ($785) for a total of $1,145. That is only for the move-in fee. After that, the rent will remain $785 a month. There is a parking garage attachment that will be an additional $15 to the rent if you decide to get that. However, there is great parking on the streets. Amenities such as swimming pool, weight room, tanning, computer room, movie room, etc. are all included within the rent. There are 3 rooms and each room has its own closet and bathroom. This would be considered a sublet starting on January 1, 2015 ending in August 2015. However, if you would like to renew the lease, you can. You have to be a local (Norfolk, Virginia Beach) college student to be eligible to live here. In addition, you do not have to have credit to be eligible to live here, but you will need someone who has good credit and makes 3 times more than the amount of the rent to co-sign for you just in case you fail the rent.
