I am a young professional looking for a roommate to move in to a spare bedroom in my townhouse. You will have your own room and bathroom on your own floor (it is three levels). There also is a two car garage. I am pretty clean and work long hours, I usually use my free time to workout and go out with friends downtown (it is a $5 Uber ride). I do have a kitten, she is very sweet and declawed. The townhouse is located in the SODO neighborhood, near downtown. There are restaurants and parks within walking distance.
