I'm looking for a female to rent a room in my Collingswood home beginning in July of this year (2015). My house is about blocks from downtown Collingswood and the PATCO train to Philadelphia. It's also located next to a creek with a lovely walking/running trail. My home is small but cozy, and my renter would be welcome to share in the use of all common space, including the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and front porch (my favorite spot!). Amenities (water/sewer fees, utilities, and wireless Internet) are all included in the rent. I do not have a TV, so hopefully that's not a deal breaker. I have a washer and dryer in the basement that you're also welcome to use. I'm looking to rent to someone easygoing, professional, and respectful.
