Looking for a female roommate for a 1 bedroom available in newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment includes: -MODERN STAINLESS STEEL APLIANCES -APPLE TV (with Netflix and Hulu) -INTERNET -ROOFTOP ACCESS The bedroom is flooded with natural light and the window faces a cute community garden. The neighborhood is up and coming and is in a great location. There are bars, lounges, restaurants, laundry, drycleaners, cafes, fashion boutiques, organic markets, supermarkets, and delis within walking distance. The A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5 Trains and the LIRR are just blocks away. The commute to Manhattan is about 15-20 minutes. We are looking for someone who is willing to sign a long term lease (1 year) with us in May. To sign on to the lease you must have excellent credit and good income (income should be at least three times rent). If you cannot meet these requirements, then guarantors are welcome. The room is also available for immediate move in if you need to move earlier than May. We are looking for a roommate who is easy-going, respectful, clean, is a non-smoker and has no pets. We are both full time students who work part time. Our schedules keep us busy for the most part. We are both pretty laid back individuals and we are respectful of each others space.
