SOCO! As close to dtown as you get

HI! I am offering a room for rent in a cool house in Soco, one of the most prime spots in Austin. Walk to everything, including downtown. The house is 2 bedroom, 1 office, 1 bathroom, a basement and a 1 car garage.The rent is $2500 but your part is $1150 plus 1/2 bills and deposit. Since I have a bigger bedroom I will pay $1350 of the rent. The lease is 30 days minimum. I can furnish the bedroom with a king bed or you can bring your own furniture. I am not 420 friendly. I already have a small dog so no other pets are allowed. She pretty much stays in my bedroom and sleeps. I keep the house clean and will expect you to as well. If you cook something, clean it immediately. I hate dishes being left in the sink. I have a dishwasher- that's where the dirty dishes go! lol Other than that I'm pretty chill, keep to myself. I am self employed and work a ton. I'm pretty social but I'd don't bring people home to socialize. I expect the same from a roomie. I love to go out to live shows and love riding my bike around the trails and downtown.
