One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in East Nashville (Lockeland Springs), a block away from Lockeland Table, an 8-minute walk to 5 Points and the shops on Fatherland, and a 15-minute walk to the Walden Complex (Jeni's, Ugly Mugs, Silly Goose, Climb Nashville, etc). Current roommates: 33 year old British guy, professor at Vanderbilt (into pottery, hot yoga, and record shopping), and a 29 year old America guy who works in technology sales and loves cooking, soccer, and live music. We're both politically progressive, LGBTQ-friendly, and keep pretty quiet during the week (we both work too much) but occasionally host dinner parties, game nights, or beers on the porch, and usually go out on the weekends. You: Friendly and easygoing, willing to keep things pretty quiet after 10/11 PM during the week but also not a hermit. We don't get mad if you occasionally leave a dish in the sink overnight, but you need to clean up after yourself and proactively take on house chores. We'd also prefer if you're mid-20s to late-30s. All gender identifications and sexual orientations are welcome. The house: Recently renovated, airy, bright, with a lovely front porch and lots of space for gardening in the back. Plenty of street parking, or room in the laundry room for your bike. Room shares bathroom with one other person.
