About the room: *600$ due at the first of every month (no deposits needed on move in unless you have a pet) *75$ initial pet deposit with an additional 30$ a month for your pet each month. *pay utilities (water/electric/cable&internet) usually totals about 75$. *Private bath and closet (text for pictures) *Fireplace in apartment as well as a balcony. *living room is already furnished but you're welcome to add and decorate. *One pet allowed (preferably a dog) I can let you know the breed restrictions if you do have a dog. *At least 6 month contract. age 20-30. * New washer and dryer located in kitchen. About me: I'm 20 years young, in the navy. My wife (21 years young) is also in the navy but lives in Virginia(I'll be gone every other weekend to visit). I'm laid back and clean. I have a 6 month old min-pin named Lilly! Sweetest puppy you'll ever meet. No drugs in the house at all. Alcohol is fine.
