I am looking for someone to take over my lease at "the cottages of Durham" in Durham NH. It is a 12 month lease from Aug 2015-July 2016. You would be renting 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom apartment, Each bedroom locks, has their own private bathroom, is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside table, study desk and a walk in closet. Down stairs there is a fully furnished living room and kitchen. Full sized stack-able washer and dryer. You also have an upstairs balcony and downstairs deck. Including in the 729$ a month comes with all i have listed above parking, cable, internet, trash, and in the clubhouse there is a fully equipped gym, a tanning bed, a hot tube outside, outside grills, free printing and computer use in the clubhouse and conference areas.
