Hello! We are looking for another female roommate to live with us in our beautiful and spacious home located in Mar Vista. Move in by May 15th or June 1st. About Our Place: Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe and mostly inhabited by retired seniors. The room that is available is about 11.5ft x10.5ft, has a fixed chest of drawers built into the wall, and has a closet about 5.5ft x 2ft. (The pictures of the available room show things in it and they will be cleared out by move-in date.) The front and living rooms are completely furnished with a dining table, chairs, flat screen TV, a beanbag chair, a couch, etc. We also have a washer and dryer for laundry. About Us: We are three women ages 23-24 who are working or going to school. We are respectful, clean, and like to go out together every once in a while! We are pretty quiet homebodies and have friends over occasionally to have dinner. We love watching Netflix (Friends!), cooking, hanging out at cafes and trying out new restaurants. Looking For: We are looking for a female roommate who is also respectful of us and our things, clean, will pay the bills on time and drama-free.
