Furniture included- bed, desk, chair, lamp. The roommate can access kitchen (light cooking only), 3 beautiful community pools, jacuzzi, and the GYM right next block. The house is maintained very clean. Internet and utilities are all included except TV cable. We have a quiet medium sized house broken dog (looks like a mini golden).
