I have a downstairs furnished room with a private bathroom, that comes with a queen size bed, tv/dvd combo, double door closet, DirectTV and Wi-Fi access for $450 a month all bills paid with no deposit. My two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in Del Valle, 1 mile past the airport off Hwy 71 East/Ross Rd inside the Berdoll Farms subdivision. It's an energy efficient home and was built 3 years ago with over 2,300 sq. ft. of living area, a modern kitchen with an open floorplan, new whirlpool appliances, a covered patio with a rocking swing, an 8ft size pool table in the loft and a 60 inch plasma TV in the living room. My subdivision is quiet and has a walking trail, pond, basketball court, swimming pool with cabana and the Southeast Metro Park just down the road.
