House located off of Nolensville and Harding Rd. Three great girls already live here. Looking for a roommate between ages 23-35, has a steady job, and is NOT a smoker. Prefer female, but willing to have male roommate if a cool guy. Must be LBGTQ friendly, as one of us is queer. Available in March. Currently the room is occupied by another, but she should be leaving sometime in the next two weeks. About us: I'm a legal assistant at a law firm downtown, another is a college counselor at a local high school, and another works at a financial firm in Franklin. Our interests range from cooking to backpacking, brewing beer to salsa dancing, speaking French to speaking Spanish. We're looking for someone who is goal-oriented, like us. We want someone who is self-confident and able to communicate effectively. We want someone who will pay rent on time. Bonus if you have a TV that you're willing to donate to our living room (we currently have an old clunker that works but isn't the most enjoyable). In terms of cleanliness, we're clean but we're not anal. We sweep the floors weekly and do the dishes often, mostly daily, but every once in a while we get too busy. We clean the kitchen about once a week, as well. You have the option of staying with us until our lease is up in July, or you may continue to stay with us into the next year, as we think we're going to renew the lease. Security deposit required. About $300. In terms of utilities, our Comcast is around $60, our water is usually around $50, and our electricity these days (in the winter) is about $250. In the summer, electricity is usually about $70. If you divide all of this by 4, you get around $90 per person in the winter for utilities and around $45 in the summer. Earliest move in date will be around the 15th of March. So we're looking for someone who can move in around then or April 1st.
