Looking for New Roommate

I have a 2000 sq ft townhouse located in the Westchase district. It has a two car garage, new appliances, hardwood floors throughout, large private deck on the second floor, and full size washer and dryer. You have your own large bedroom with a private bath. The neighborhood is very quiet and if you work in the energy corridor this would be perfect for you. The rent is $850 a month and I pay all the utilities. The downstairs is furnished but you will need your own bed. I am looking for a professional between the ages of 30 and 56. I would prefer a female roommate but will consider a male if you are very clean. I am an oilfield consultant and I'm laid back and easy to get along with. No wild parties and keep the noise down after 10:00. Thanks
