The room is furnished.(queen bed,dresser,tv,recliner,and night stands) You have kitchen priv. Shared bathroom with 1 other. There is public transportation on 5&20. Not sure how often they run through. If you have a car it is 3 mins to Walmart and FLCC, or a 15 to 20 minute walk. There are pets in the home but no others are welcome.. Sorry This is a family home so we do have children around occasionally. Subject to a background check with park office..25.00 fee.
