So, this apartment is a 4 bedroom- 2 bathroom apartment. There are two leases up for grabs for two of the 4 bedrooms. The leases are made up as a 3 bedroom- 2 bathroom lease, so there is an extra empty room as well. The first lease is a four month lease from February to May and is $399 a month. The second lease is a month lease from February to July for $349 a month. Also, it is right off of Highway 9 in Norman. The apartment is furnished with the following amenities: extra-long full size beds cable hook ups in every bedroom (cable is free) in-unit refrigerator in-unit stove microwave washer and dryer dishwasher free, spacious parking balcony garbage disposal all utilities included in rent (cap on electricity) pets allowed with pet deposit of $300 24-hr business center with computers 24-hr fitness center free tanning free Wi-Fi resort-style pool and hot tub 24-hour emergency maintenance basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts media room in the office package receiving close to OU campus As I said there are two separate leases available for rent. However, if you are only interested in one, that is absolutely fine. I really need both leases rented out as soon as possible. Also, there can only be one person per lease. As a side note, the 3rd bedroom is leased to another girl. However, she is not currently residing in this apartment. She moved to another state for personal reasons. Her lease is still valid, so she may return, but for the most part, she is absent. (If you have a third person that would like her lease, I'm pretty sure she'd be happy to work something out!)
