I'm currently looking for a roommate starting July 31, 2015. My current roommate is moving out then & I'm looking for a good, clean, respectful, great guy to be roommates with. If you're interested in having a bedroom all to yourself in a newly gut rehabbed apartment with in unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and central air, this is the place for you! The lease starts July 31st, 2015 & will go for a year, and at which time if you like it, you can re-sign to stay. Rent is $719.50/mo, and we would split utilities down the middle. Utilities usually hover around $60/person. This includes electricity, gas, internet (RCN). This is perfect for Northwestern/Loyola/Moody/etc. students or just students in general & it is very conveniently located right off of the Loyola/Morse Red Line (3-4 minute walk).
