I am looking to sublet my room at The Block on 28th Street and Rio Grande. The apartment is a two bedroom, two bath, with a balcony. The place is completely furnished including the kitchen and living area. The place has stainless steel appliances, with full kitchen, including, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. There is free cable and internet. It is extremely close to campus and downtown. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Additionally, there is a pool and a gym in the complex, and a study room in the lobby. The room is available from now until July 31st. My roommate is a fellow UT alum, and is extremely neat. My roommate also has a small cat that is very friendly. We would prefer females. The rent is also negotiable.
