I have one bedroom available at my rental house in Woodland Hills. The room has a shared bathroom with porch access. I am a 23 year old GSU student and would like to live with others at a similar place in their lives. The bedroom is $350/month. Internet and utilities come out to $129. The feel of the house is retro with hardwood floors and wood panelling through out. No deposit necessary, but the lease must extend for at least months. No cats or dogs, please. I am looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June or July.
