In-Law w/Private Entrance & Parking








Available for month-to-month leasing, this In-Law has a private driveway, ample parking, and a private entrance. The main studio area is a spacious 500 sq.ft. room with a large, private master bath all with cathedral ceilings. Hardwoods throughout the main room and tile in the master bath with ample closet space in both rooms. Very peaceful/quiet setting located a one minute walk from the lake. There is a R.O.W. (Right Of Way) at end of my road that allows public access to the lake. It's a great place to catch a sunset or to bring a kayak down! I also have a deck and pool in the spacious back yard that is available for personal use. I'm a 34 year old single male IT professional who works M-F, generally 7:30am-4:30pm. I'm quiet and courteous, additionally, the house (triple-split) is naturally setup with sound privacy in mind, a perfect haven for rest and relaxation, but also recreation. Other than the back yard/pool/deck area, the only shared space in my house would be the kitchen, however, access to the In-Law area will be secured to both the entrance and kitchen doors. All utilities are included (heat, air conditioning, water, garbage pickup, wireless internet). Cable is not included but I can provide a box and service which will be added to the rent. Note: Cell signal is very weak in this area (right by the lake) so I purchased a signal booster device for that wireless carrier (for some reason the wireless carrier keeps getting deleted from this listing when I save it so I'll have to refer to it as "the one with the red logo that rhymes with horizon"). If you have a phone from a different carrier they will usually provide a signal boosting device for free if you contact them. Just wanted to let you know up front as cell signal at all times is critical these days.
